• Buffet breakfast not applicable at The Leela Ambience Gurugram.
• 1+1 On select beverages per stay at Six Degrees - The Leela Mumbai will be served between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
• Check-in time 2:00 pm and check-out time 12 noon. At The Leela Palace Jaipur, check-in time would be 3.00 pm.  
• Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
• Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
• Children up to 12 years stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed(s) in room. Children aged 12 years and older will be charged fully.
• At The Leela Palace Chennai and The Leela Palace Jaipur, children up to 6 years stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed(s) in room. Children aged 7 years and above are fully charged. 
• Some experiences may not be available due to local government regulations and alternatives maybe offered in such cases.

        Guarantee Policy

• All reservations, either on a regular or a restricted rate must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
• If a credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including incidentals until check-out. Such a hold will be released at the discretion of your card issuer.
• 100% advance will be charged on the reservations booked under the restricted rates package.

        Cancellation Policy

• Applicable as per the standard cancellation policy of the participating hotel.
• Restricted rates are non-refundable / non-amendable / non-transferable.
